I put my car Zen Estilo GJ-3-CA-2242 for service at M/s. Atul Motors, Tagor Road, Rajkot. on dated 26th March. At the time of given car to service center i talked with Mr. Joshi and told him to clean car from inside spe. for dash board & interior. When i went to take my car it was not clean properly from outside as well as inside. It is as same as i put for service, after my complain they clean it against me. For dash board & interior they said it is not part of service if you want to clean it you must give other amount then only we will clean it. I already paid Rs.550/-. When I checked my accessory I came to know that the floor mate PCS 4 were not inside. I called the in-charge of service center he replied that there are no floor mate inside when you put your car for service, so we can not do anything. After long fight with them they were agreed that Floor Mate were available in my car and gave me back my Floor Mate.
For the same matter i talked with Head of Atul Moters Ltd. but till date i did not get any reply from their end.
