Dear sir
I am a loyal Maruti and National Insurance Co ltd. customer. I have Maruti Zen no. DL9CK1770 for last 5 years and have the card insurance from
Maruti National Insurance. I always get my card repaired at the competent and never faced the problem before.
I had an accident few days ago and damaged the Right fender, rear door, back panel and Dicky of my car (it was a collision). I needed to get the same repaired therefore
I came to Competent Mehrauli as always. But to my surprise the surveyor isnt clearing the claim.
I gave the car at 9 am on Friday, 16th of April and I got the call from surveyor at 8:31 in the night. Mr N L Sharma called up from his mobile (9810049364)
at night to inform and discuss about the claim. I asked him about the delay and requested to call up and meet tomorrow. Mr Sharma didn't call.
When I reached competent to meet him he wasnt available. I called him and requested to give me the email id or contact number
for customer grievances or the seniors. I was told that the seniors dont work on sat and sun and the same were not provided.
I had to beg the contact details from competent employees and google search.
Please explain for what purpose is the surveyor calling up the clients at night, why being a customer am I not supposed to receive the email ids
for customer complaints. Also please confirm why a loyal customer of 5 years shouldn't get the requested claim. I will also take up this matter to
the press if required. Please also tell why should I get the car insurance through your company and not someone else.
I at least expect a timely response to my mail and please consider my claim.
