I booked my tata manza car no DL 9C Z 2373 with the delhi office of aayush packers on 26 march 12, for its transportation to bangalore. the km reading was 5010 km.
i was told that it will be delivered to bangalore in 10 days maximum.
despite my repeated calls to their bangalore head office the whereabouts of my car were not available to me for 14 days.
finally when the car was delivered today, 08 apr 12, i found that it
1} had been driven 620 kms, the km reading 5630.
2) there are deep dents on the rear bumper and the left side grill.
3) vanity mirror inside the car broken.
the head office is not answering my calls.
strict action is required.
i am registering a police complaint and filing a case of damage to property against this company.
please take necessary action
