I work in MDLR AIRLINES, gurgoan. I havent paid from last 4 months. It is exploitation of an employees. The company's CMD is not taking the matter seriously. Instead of having money, he is not paying to anyone. everyone tried to tell them so many times. But they just say we will give it in two or three days, but now it is going to be over than 4 months.
The big problem, he is a minister of haryana so that a normal employee can't dare to raise the voice infront of him. one by one MDLR group firm is shutting down as MDLR airlines. without any prior notification might be MDLR is going to bank rupt or what. Company is charging PF from salary but there is no A/C for PF or still it's not submitted yet from organization side.
And still they are telling to media that we will run the airlines but real situation is different because before starting the opretion, MDLR will have to clear a huge amount as a salary and market travel companies money.
The worst part is that there are some senior level management's person playing a poor politics and making their pocket value high these days & the right one are suffering just because of them. As per the situation, the one who is concern or Media should take one step ahead and find out the true condition of the MDLR AIRLINES. Before it will become more worst...
