I had booked a MEGA CAB on May 1 - from Kandivli to the Airport. At 11.54am MEGA CAB had sent me a confirmation text - Booking No.: B000773 for 2:15 pm. However, 13:47 the driver called up stating that he could not come. At 13:54, I called up the help line for some clarity. After hearing me she (Ms. Monica) put me on hold for the next few minutes. I disconnected and called again and this time the lady said they will call me. Its been 24 hours and I am still waiting for that call.
Whilst MEGA CABS has a penalty for various defaults by its consumer, I wonder what penalty is applicable for this default by them..
