Dear Sir,
I had booked a cab through MEGA CABS yesterday 24/07 and received a confirmation for my booking by sms for today i.e 25/07 at 9.00 am.
We were supposed to get a call from the driver before 9.00 am but we dint so we again called up Mega cabs and confirmed about the booking, at that time they informed us that the cars are not available.
This is really ridiculous that in the nth hour we get this response. They should have told us in advance about this.
My wife is 8 months pregnant and we had to cancel all our plans because of this.
Kindly help me wit regards to this as I want to teach them a lesson as they are in a customer service industry and this irresponsible act cannot be tolerated.
