WORST SERVICE AND CHEATING

The Service of meru Cab is pathetic, simply worst.within 7 months I booked Meru Cab for 4 times through phone and website and not for a single time i got the cab. All the times they took the booking and told it's confirmed and before 20 minutes they have cancel the cab. The reason I know, I booked the cab for shorter distance (7-8 km). by that time if they got booking for airport they will immediately provide the cab so that they can earn more. This is simply pathetic. Last Saturday I booked cab online and it got confirmed. before 20 minutes i got the confirmation message also with cab number and driver details. Then the driver called me and told he is around 1 hr far from my home, it will take 1 hr for him to reach my place where as i had my train exactly after 1 hr. So he asked to call meru cab and asked them to provide another cab. I called and the meru cab person simply refused that they don't have any cab. I had 2 Sr. Citizens with me. And there was very less time to catch the train. It was really a horrible moment for me. Simply I can say Meru cab is bad, worse and worst. Go for auto... even they charge illogically then also u will get anytime.
