The above mentioned vehicle 'KL03Q521" met with an accident as on 01 November in Ramanathapuram in Tamilnadu. We had to tow the vehicle from Ramanathapuram in order to bring the car to Kerela. The car was later put to work in VRS Motors in Cochin. Its been 7 months since the vehicle has been in the workshop and there seems to be no response from the Reliance Insurance so far.
It so happened that i had to call one of your executives in order to know the status of our funds being claimed and i got a very bad response from him of which it seemed too debased for CSR or the like to answer to a customer.
My concern is that its been 7 months and there sees to be no response at all as of the claim. If immediate actions are not taken things would be out of my hand too because its my money that i am paying and when things dose not happen as expected it would make things worse. I have also renewed the insurance policy and have been paying the policy amount without any lapse.
Hope you would take this as a very important matter in fact, and hope you could process the claim funds to be cleared.
