My name is Prakash Mohan Kuppa staying in bangalore. I have purchased Hero Honda Passion Pro in Millenium motors, Domlur, Bangalore. when paying money and telling features of the bike, they were talking politely. I have paid full amount initially. They have not show me the bike till they done the registration. At the moment they showed the bike, its condition was not good and looks very old. I requested them to change this bike as i dont like the condition of the bike. They told me that we have registed this bike in my name and cannot change. They haven't show me that bike before registration. There was some rust formed in the singaram part and somewhere bolds got rusted, i asked to change all indicators, passlight, tail lamp. I told them so many times but they have not change the bike. they told that they will change the parts and give. As they said they have changed the parts and gave it to me except they did not change the singaram part (still i'm seing the mark on that part) but they just re-painted. Is this the way to service the customers when they are coming to buy a new bike. i have told that i am not at all satisfied to get this bike. They have not agree with me. I riding this bike from 7 Feb its just 10 days old now but the bike is started giving problem, clutch has gone loose, some strange sound is coming from engine, In fuel tank air bubble is coming in the sticker (this sticker will come out soon). PLEASE HELP ME HOW TO CHANGE THIS BIKE, IAM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS BIKE, i requested to change this bike to the management who are all working there but they were betrayed me. Have to take severe action on them as they are spoiling the brand name of Hero Honda. PLEASE HELP ME, HELP ME, HELP ME. THIS BIKE IS JUS 10 DAYS OLD AND FACING LOT OF TROUBLE IN THIS BIKE.
