I am getting my car’s servicing done from Motorcraft since last four years. This time I had a terrible experience when I got my car serviced on 4th Oct’10 from Motorcraft Ghaziabad (S - 7, Site 4 Sahibabad Industrial Area, Ghaziabad) for the first time.
When I called up motorcraft Ghaziabad they informed me that due to Commonwealth games they are opening at 7 AM .
I went there at 7:15 and to my surprise except two employees no one was there, I waited till 8:45 AM when some one came and opened the office, so I waited 1hr 30 mins outside.(No value for time as they kept saying “abhi aa jayenge”).
When they got my job card time of delivery was mentioned at 11:00 AM but I got delivery after 12:30 PM.
Even after delivery my car was not polished from outside, neither the touching has been done as expected. They told me to come another day to get this done. After few day I got a call from the customer care (I forgot the name of the lady) I explained to her the issues as well as the noise from doors that was identified at the time of servicing and was supposed to be fixed but not done. She said I will get your car picked and get every issues solved. So as decided she got my car picked on 14th Oct but when it was delivered again found that no outside polish has been done, neither the doors has been set properly as the noise still persists. I called up the customer care executive and told her that the issues has not been resolved. She was not even aware of that it has not been done. She said I am sorry please bring your car again and get this done. But I preferred not to go there again as I don’t wanted to waste my time, money and mental peace again. I am bringing to your notice so that proper action being taken and my issues get resolved as inspite of paying so much if this is the service provided then its absolute cheating of customers money, time and peace of mind.
