Dear Sir/Ma'am

A hero Honda Splendor was booked on 9th April from Allahabad railway station (bill no. H 664069). I was supposes to receive it by 12th of April, but no clue of bike yet on Aligarh station. When inquired at Allahabad station then told me that it was dispatched on 10th of April in Sangam Express. They told that it might have went on to final destination.

Please help me find the location or status of my bike
