Sub: Complaint against replacement of defective parts & accessories in Honda shine motorcycle (two wheeler) being registration No. WB34W-2713, Engine No. JC36E9520781, Frame No. ME4JC366L98346325

Respected Sir,

This is to inform you that after receipt of the appeal for replacing of defective parts & accessories in the above number motorcycle, dt. 27.02. some defective parts & accessories have been replaced by the servicing centre, M/s Raj Kumar Automobile Sales Pvt. Ltd. (Code No. WB050001), Station Road, Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal, on 02.03. in my absence and no job card has been placed before me, showing any replacement of defective parts & accessories.

I placed my demands as to details of replacement of defective parts & accessories in the above number motorcycle to the servicing centre, but your servicing centre is very reluctant to place the same.

It is very shameful to express that after replacement of defective parts & accessories by the authorized servicing centre of a reputed company in India like HONDA MOTORCYCLE & SCOOTER INDIA PVT. LTD., the same problems and defects are being noticed in the said motorcycle within 48hours after delivery.

It is needless to mention that nothing has been replaced in the said motorcycle by the aforesaid servicing centre, in spite of that I paid an amount of Rs. 791/- (vide invoice no. 11IW08819 & 11IP11757 Dt 02.03.2012) to your servicing centre against the said work.

I have been compelled to place the said motorcycle to your authorized servicing centre M/S Raj Kumar Automobile Sales Pvt. Ltd. once again on 04.04. stating the problems in-details in the said motorcycle as earlier. But it is a matter of great regret that fault and defect in the said motorcycle has not yet been cured. I requested to your servicing centre on several occasions for immediate recovery of all problems in the said motorcycle and to deliver the same to me but in vain.

I am suffering from great deal of inconvenience due to non-availability of the motorcycle in my custody in proper condition. Reasons for such type of unwarranted attitudes and unexpected behaviors are best known to you and your authorized servicing centre.

Under the above premises, I request you that you may do the needful, so that I can get my above motorcycle in proper condition without any manufacture defects & fault immediately.

I am in firm belief that your company shall provide best services to the customer as earlier.
