About the railway return ticket
Not giving the return ticket

Hi there,

Our family traveled from thiruninravur to arakkonam by local EMU train and our ticket number is 494315615. We asked for return ticket and the counter clerk was refused to give return ticket.

we wonder that such a prestigious indian railway is not giving return ticket to arakkonam. why and what is the reason? If there is a problem kindly let us know the same and try to improve the system.
