TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
It may be brought to ur kind notice that I, Anil Kapur Senior Citizen resident of flat no 405 GH2, Sector 20 Panchkula (Haryana) had purchased Enterno Honda scooter from ur dealer m/s Krishna automobiles Chandigarh on 7/7/03 and had been getting the service of my scooter at regular intervals. When dealership of Panchkula was taken over by m/s Joshi auto scans pvt ltd plot no 25 IA phase-2 I had been getting the service of my scooter from them and I had no problem. The service of the scooter was due and some trouble was also been giving by y the scooter so I took the scooter for service on 25/8/10 after the service a part CDI was to be put in the scooter but the same was not available in the scooter and was informed that the part will be available in a week so I had to keep my scooter in the garage as it was not road worth as it often stop after some time so not to take any risk the scooter is still standing in the garage due to non available of the part by the dealer and it has been reminded after every alternative day. The image which I was having of ur company has tarnished by not complying to my complaint so far secondly ur dealer had not informed before hand that t6he part is not available with them so I wud have not gone for the service and had got it done only on the available of the said part. it may be brought to ur kind notice that earlier used to enquire after 2-3 days if the service done by them is in order and the vehicle is not giving any problem but this practice has been stopped .i wud request u to personally take up the matter with ur dealer to get my scooter in working order without any further delay or I wud have to knock the doors of the consumer court. anil kapu
