We purchased car in 2010 from ABT maruti. The initial repsonse before purchase of car was normal for the purpose of business. After which not even a call to inform that vehicle is due for service is not received from them. Further, We had given service of vehicle recently and they charged around 5000 for service.
Two days before the car did not get started, the battery was not working. When i called ABT guindy office they said you call particular person who number was given, then he said call toll free number. The toll free person said we will charge 385 for registering the compalin and then people will come to check and take the vehicle. This is the level of service they do. No spot service for customer who purchased vehicle from the same dealer.
Since they spot service was not avl, we checked with near by battery shop and they informed that battery was dry without distill water. ABT maruti has taken 5000/- as service but is it not part of their service to check the minimum parts such as filling distill battery etc.
A small thing but had vested with spending more due to their irresponsible service.
