Water entering through driver seat

Dear sir,

Hereby i want to inform you about the problems i am facing in the car i had brought last year in the month of september on 23rd. The water enters the car on the driverside through brakepaddle nd all the mats and blankets get wet. We have already consulted the dealer three four times but they are not able to find the fault.its a humble request to you to have the repair done or have my car changed within this week. Else i have to take some other action regarding the same.
