Delay in providing LPG cooking gas

I had booked an LPG gas on the 7-01-11 and today its 15-1-11, i still haven't received the gas, yesterday i went to their office for inquire why the gas hasn't come, they tell me to come tomorrow at 9, i.e. today, when i go there, i see a big line with people with their gas cylinders out side the door step of the agency which hasn't yet opened, I waited for 45 mins and an official from the same comes and tell us to check again at 12.00 noon. as if our worlds are revolving around their agency.

There is no gas in my hose to cook food and this is the way we are being treated.

Hence i am lodging this complaint. Please take the necessary action against such people.
