I have lodged complaint several times against this agency. This has been worst experience in consumer service during the lifetime. Once completion of 30days, they ask us to book the cylinder, over the above we need to follow up after the given timeline like 5 or 7 working days. All kinds of behaviour has no impact on them. No severe action been taken against them by the Unity Building after being contacted several times about the inconvenience.
I would like to mention, SIDMA agencies services were excellant and the above agency need to really learn how to behave with customer and service
Please ask respective authorities to behave properly.
Manager or incharge is just an utter waste. This complaint is lodged by his daughter as he is stroke patient and can't speak. No proper service provided to senior citizen. Below given number is daughter's contact number
