My Policy No. MI11111110237895 reg. no. RJ-14-CK-2812 Rs.16081/- along with bills were submitted by me dtd.29-09. Three to four times we visited the M.I. branch office but still today is 3-11 my claim has been not issued. I request you to pls. issue my claim as early as possible. I will be obiliged.
