Delay in Payment after car theft

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a car (Esteem) from Delhi (Maruti Dealer). After 11 months this car was stolen from a market. Same day I log FIR by calling on 100 number. After that I informed to National Insurance and ICICI bank (loan) in writing n application. After few days one detective agent, hired by national insurance company visited to my home. He inspected all parameters and asked for a list of documents (approx.) 15 nos. I handed over all 15 documents to him through courier. But after that my payment is still awaiting. When i contacted National Insurance company laxmi nagar branch, they said that my file is lost. When i offered that i have a duplicate copy of all bills then they refused to accept and repeated said that they need original documents again which they have lost. Now i dont know what should i do becuase it is already more than one year for the same but i dont know when my payment will be received. Kindly help. My contact number is : 9810580405
