I have taken a policy with National Insurance Company for my car bearing registration number TN27J6666 (full coverage). There was a flood in Miyapur on 20th August and water got into our parking lot. All the cars parked in the parking lot got damaged because of the compound wall collapse because of the flood water. I reported this incident to the insurance company, suveryer visited the place, inspected the car and gave me a go ahead to get it repaired. I repaird the card by spending it from my pocket because the service center told me that it is very difficult to get money from the companies like National Insurance and asked me to pay and claim the amount from Company. I did not realize the pain at that time, paid the amount got it repaired. Submitted my claim and surveyer submitted his reports on 23rd of September to the claim hub of National Insurance Co. Still waiting to get my claim amount of 11 thousand and odd. Whenever I call the insurance company claim hub getting a response that they will send it today. Not sure what to do now. Please help me to get my claim amount from the company.
