Not issue of Registration Certificate and false vehicle no issuing

This is to bring to your kind attention that, I devaraj.v bought a Bajaj discover 100cc (Chassis No: D00894, Engine no: D87386) from 'NAVYUG MOTORS', T.Dasarahalli, Bangalore, karnataka on 16th octb.2010. Since then, I have never been issued my 'Registration Certificate (RC)'or smart card. Till date I have made 14-15 visits to navyug motors regarding the same, but no result. I have been calling them from my mobile almost every week twice since 19th oct. but every time I am told, "Sir we have already forwarded the request of your RC, but it’s the Authority Dept. which is delaying the case". Now, hearing the same story again and again, I was so distressed that in Nov. I myself met with Mr. Mohan, saying the owner of navyug Motors. He tried to convince me by saying that "Ok, the RC will be delivered to your post address by RTO sure in the next 15days"Now. Please receive Road Tax certificate, motor insurance and your vehicle no., After 15days I inquired at RTO at yeswanthpur, bangalore-karnataka, it seem to shock me that vehicle no KAO4-HE-4325 which issued by NAVYUG motors been Registrated to other person called by name devaraj.d, I called from my mobile to Mr. Mohan regards issue, As he informed to collect that smart card and bring with your original tax card to showroom, I met him in evening in his showroom, Mohan receive smart card and tax card by me, he inform me to solve issue within the one week, But, needless to mention that it was never solved and now it’s going to be almost more then three month’s time and till date my RC has not been issued to false vehicle and me no issuing to me. Now, this is something really upsetting, unacceptable and harassing. I am left with no other option in such a case, than to lodge a 'Consumer Complaint’. I would want you to take an action on 'Navyug motors' regarding my case, so that they get warned and in future they never try to repeat the same with any with any other client/person.
