Sir, i purchased a car on 20th, january and within the same month it met with an accident, as per insurance rules i had 100%insurance recovery benefit but ive been massively cheated by the New India Insurance company, despite of my information of car accident neither the surveyar took any initiative of it, nor even bothered to inspect the accidental car, and harrased me mentally, physically and financially for about more than 11 months, n then also i didn't got any satisfactory results and unsatisfied with it. I am still struggling for justice... please do provide me right justice
