Dear Team,
I want to log a complaint against for Hyundai Showroom based in Noida Sector -5.
They don’t know how to deal with customer & have no information about their product & documentation process.
They have misguided us about documentation process. Every time (Mrs. Savita & Vijay from Sales dept and Mukesh from finance) they asked me & My Husband to provide different documents to book a CAR.
We have asked them to book I-10 however, they have done the booking for Centro.
We have asked for the test drive but they said that test drive will only be possible if we deposit Rs 10000.It's ridiculous, this service should be free of cost for what they have asked us to deposit Rs 10000.
After making the payment of Rs 10k, every time they said that we don’t have the car available for test drive.
At the end, me and my husband decide to cancel the booking. They want us to pay Rs 2000 for cancellation charges. It's not agreed by us... they are still insisting to pay 2000. The matter was escalated to MR. Kamal Kishor - General Manager of Showroom, mobile number # 9718385623. It's been 2 months now we have not received the credit of Rs 10000.
I want you to take a strict action against all culprits - Vijay, Savita & Mukesh.
I want my money back and will not pay any cancellation charges.
