It's all mis-handling of group booking.
I had made group booking in your Begumpet office on 23rd February, Hyderabad – Mumbai – London –London – Mumbai – Hyderabad.
They have informed me the fare will be finalized by the Head office (individual will be Rs 36000/-), waiting for the reply from the head office, I have started enquiring for reducing my stay in Mumbai on return journey. (Mr Vikram told me that the group booking will be approximately 20% less but will be done by Head Office)
Waiting for the group fare, I was enquiring further on, to get early and alternate arrangements from Mumbai to Hyderabad.
The lady in Begumpet office (Ms Veronica / Shilpa) got the fare of Hyderabad – Mumbai – London –London – Mumbai Rs 30, 000/- per guest (than Hyderabad – Mumbai – London –London – Mumbai – Hyderabad).
I had gone to your office today, to make the payment for group booking Hyderabad – Mumbai – London –London – Mumbai – Hyderabad. Thinking that they are not able to solve my problem, as they expressed that they were not authorized to keep Mumbai – Hyderabad sector open..
I understand that she had taken further discussions as final program forgetting original requests. That means neither she understood my problem nor showed interest in that. After all she was not accountable and no one monitors her attitude.
This was part of my discussions and my correspondence to look for some way to minimize my stay in Mumbai.
Please try to understand the whole discussions of “guests”, than taking pieces by not having concentration on the given job.
