Connection Not Activated

Hi,

I have book the Gas Connection on 20/06 but still Gas Conneaction not started.

In building we have book 3 Gas Connection. Flat no is

(1) A/4

(2) C/3

(3) C/5

A/5 & C/3 flat nos connection already started then why my connection flat no C/5 still not started?

I have already register complain in customer care but still we have not received any satisfied revert.

Please help to start my Gas Connection.
