VERY BAD SERVICE ENGINE HARSH SOUND POOR QUALITY PARTS

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is second Complaint For problem which arises for (Honda unicorn Bike Model June chassis no: me4kc093e98065310 &engine no: Kc09e1066651) The average problem is resolve for my bike . you can check the 1st complaint detail in above attachment.

I am the regular service customer for the service station adityahonda Vasai (W) for past 7 months. Their are 2 major problem in my bike are as follows.

Problems

(FRONT LIGHT PROBLEM)

1.Front light problem giving dim/poor light & low output. Difficult to drive the bike on complete darkness as well on Highway.continuously have to press the pass light switch but then also the light is not sufficient.

Continuously followup with (Mr vargise) service head officer.since 6 month they are not able to find the issue and everything is normal as per their commit . then why is this problem reoccurring? He try to avoid every time & Built the group of service people at same place to fool me saying their is no problem .after discussion he again says you have to keep the bike for hole day. I agree with the same .but still the problem is not solve.

2. This problem started with second servicing. with small (TA PAT) problem.

In every 20 to 25 days this same problem occurs. After repeated complaints with honda and escalations The missing issue of my bike is not resolved They are saying they are not able to find the issue and everything is normal.[on the busy schedule it is not possible to go every now and then for the same problem its shows an bad imprison for an humanity]

On 3rd service i have written same problem to resolve the issue . but the Harsh sound has occurred more loudly before servicing.

Many times repeated this job for 3rd service but no positive response..

Today early morning11:30 am I went to resolve for the same engine problem they accepted the job and again try to service for the same problem after 2 hour they called to service station to deliver stating problem resolve. I was waiting out side the shop for 2 hour

I took the test drive but still the problem was same. I again requested to check the problem the supervisor called the another (engg) he say this bike is all right Then i request him for test drive finally he said some this is wrong in engine.

I called to Mr vargise service head officer again he took my bike again to service station.

After 2 hour supervisor called me saying that their is some problem inside the engine they have to open the engine . i stop them to open the engine.

after 5 min MR vargise dissappired

It was totally fooling people i wasted hole day in honda showroom & that Vargise has left without any status

If the engine is making so many problem in warranty period & have to open it within one year so its says POOR QUALITY PARTS in the engine.

And the service people are not so qualified to rectified the problem science 6 months this shows negative Result to such an Brand company like HONDA & to the market Head.

I am requesting you to give me an new engine unit as the service people suggest to open the engine.

also I asked them to give a written document about the engine problem they deny-ed it

SOMETHING IS HAPPENING AT THE BACK DOORS KINDLY CHECK THIS SERVICE STATION

Now tell me What should i do now.?

Kindly take some action on this people As they totally try to Downgrade to such an reputed Firm like an honda with service & language
