Non issue of ticket in advance

R/sir,

I lodged a request on helpline on 31-8 for non issue of ticket in advance for the journey of next day from Kotkapura to Hisar.

In the reply of above complaint, I got a letter from Northern Railway, Divisional office of Firozpur no.1096-CTHQ dated 07-12. {P.C. Dudi} ACM-II-FZR for Sr. Divl. Coml. Manager, Firozpur. Matter has been looked in deeply which received that ticket less than 200 km. in advance through UTS system is not possible as such BC has correctly guided to you. But the journey is not mentioned in km by divisional office Firozpur in the delivered letter.

According to railway, the journey is not less than 200 km.

Yesterday we received another letter from Northern Railway, Headquarters Office, Baroda House, New Delhi vide no.5CT/PC/HL/FZR-63/09 dated 05-02. Chief Commercial manager/S and FM. He also not mentioned the distance of journey. This is not a suitable reply from Sr. DCM/FZR. and you. Please look the matter properly and reply with actual distance proof.
