Battery Replacement

Dear Sir,

I had purchased Battery Model No: Nokia BP-5MT (IMEI NO: 3932130191150569915, 06700509 from M/s. Meet Telecom Nokia Mobile Shop Dadar (E) Bill No: 1831 dtd 9/07. As the battery was under warranty I had give for replacement to Nokia Care RS Telecom (Dadar E) under job sheet no: 862504867//101115/18 dtd 15/11/10 . Almost it is above 1 MONTH I have still not received the replacement. I had called several times but no proper reply/they keep on hold for long time. Apart from that i might have visited 4 times to the center but still the battery is not come. On 15/12 I again visited the center but i did'nt get proper reply on top of that Center Manager (Ms. Manisha Kudalkar) was very rude her reply was "JAB AAYEGA TAB MELEGA" What kind of reply is this? This is the way custmer care has to reply? it means the person has to Loose his business (MY BUSINESS IS SUFFERING) or the other options is to buy another mobile for non of my fault. Your company name is NO (KIA) Care center that means in hindi "KUCH NAHIN KIYA". I had not expected this type of service for your customer care. I really had a very bad experience am i going to get the replacement and when want an immediate reply. This is the first time i had this experience am using nokia mobile since 10 yrs. Awaiting reply at an earliest. HARISH HINGORANI
