Sir,

I had a confirmed flight reservation in Indigo air lines from S'bad to Delhi on 18 Sep 10 vide booking ref: E6T4BG. The scheduled departure of Aero Express bus service from S'bad to Airport was at 1730 hrs on 18 Sep 10 however the departure was delayed and the bus actually departed at 1805 hrs and reached airport at 1930 hrs. Due to this delay I was not able to check in and subsequently board the flight. The air fare was not refunded to me as the fare was 'non refundable'. I had lodged a formal complaint to GMR customer care on 19 Sep 10 on telephone as well as on their e-mail address, however the e-mail was rejected at GMR end. The e-mail address was taken from the GMR web page. As a result of this I had incurred a financial loss of Rs 3000/- and lot of inconvenience.
