Poor responce from Service cente

Dear Sir,

I take my maruti omni E No GJ6 BL 6239 to Amar cars for rutin paid service and I have free service voucher which we by from them as combo pack. They take car for service on 18th Sep 9.40 AM and delivery time give 19th Sep 4.00 PM. But when I call for status after 10-11 calls I don't get any possitive reply from them. Than at 7.00 PM workshop person tell me the work is going on and he call me after complition of work. But till 9.00 PM thier will be no call from thier side. Than I personaly go to workshop and found thay not done any work on my car. I need my car on same day becouse I have to go to hospital on otherday early morning for my mother's operation.

Edvisor Mr Hitesh is not picking our call during all day and in night other edvisor said it is not his responcibility as edvisor is not thier.

Today I have to hier a car for taking my mother to hospital. Now I want all thies extra cost will be paid by them and I want my car back at immediate.
