My name is Aprajita lal, residing in kalina mumbai.i had sent a courier from mumbai to manali to my parents on thee 4the of july docket no. 423878915 therough ondot couriers dadar.till date it is not delivered.i am fed up of calling up thee on dot courier employees.thee person who dealt withe my courier was mr pramod dubey who is rude and has no manners to talk and has no idea whatsoever as to what is happening.he firstly never answers thee phone and by mistake if he does answer he says he'll find out and call back which he never does. I'm totally fed up and need my stuff back.thee theings i sent where worthe 5000.
