I am a Business partner of ONE STOP SHOP for the last 2 years. i have completed all the verification for the IRCTC booking, i got the id and password, i open my account with that but i can't book any ticket till now from the last 18 months. whenever i click to book system replies " YOUR BOOKING IS STILL NOT ACTIVATED, KINDLY KEEP IN TOUCH WITH CALL CENTER ". i call to call center, they said it is not provided by the irctc. But i know it is not true.
So, PLZ help me...
