I wish to know when and where the said cover delivered

Sir,

I, submitted a cover through your couriers on 30/7 from Mysore to

bangalore. The No. MYS10616647.

The mistack happen while translating the Kannada in to English address, I have been told that the above said cover is not reached the respective Officer.

Actually: Principle Secretary, Education Department (Higher Education),

MS Building, Bangalore.

But it was Address: Genearal Secretary, Bangalore.

Please mail the facts were this cover has been given and date of the same.
