Dear Sir,
This is just want to notice you that few days back I have transferred all my household items from Pune to Ahmedabad through DRS AGARWAL PACKERS & MOVERS with insurance amount of Rs: 40, 000/-.
I got all my luggage in Ahmedabad, but few items has been damaged like study table, Iron Almari, photo frame, TV trolley table. They have repaired most of the items except Iron Almari and they can not repair it.
When I said that i am already having insurance of Rs; 4000/- for iron Almari, they said that we can not give the amount like that. Also they are not providing CHOLAMANDALAM insurance policy no. And by doing this they are also blaming to CHOLAMANDALAM.
And truth is that they have not taken any policy for the same, they are doing cheating to the customers. They are taking insurance money from the customers, but they are not giving this facility to the customers.
This people do not have dignity, they are shameless.
They believe in looting the money in terms of insurance (Official Robbery) from customer.
