Complaint against damage of good transported

I Rajesh Chandra transported my good from Jaipur to Lucknow. agarwal movers and packers transported my good on 17-4 at 5pm from my residence in Jaipur.

154 items were transported G.C.No. 505308, out of which 12 items were brought later as a separate package.

out of those 12 items two big boxes were damaged by them due to which we have lost our valuable clothes.

besides that many of our items were found broken.

3% insurance was done with declare value of Rs2.93 lacs on a contract form to the manager DRS logistics Pvt. LTd.

we had a lost wort Rs.1-

we have been contacting them since last one month on these numbers.
