Damage during transportation

I had engaged Agarwal Packers for transportation of my households from Bhopal to Delhi. Agarwal Packers had insured my goods for an additional payment of 3% of the total value of the goods being transported. Some furniture got damaged and one of the packages got misplaced. The company is not listening to my complaints.
