NO REFUND AFTER 21 MONTHS

Dear Sir,

I was purchased a rail ticket from a agent of OSS RETAILS PVT LTD on 02 NOV. Due to non travel I request to the agent submit tdr process on 29 nov. Then this agent tdr filled to there login and also said me that I get back this refund after 90 - 100 days from the tdr. But after a long time I didn't get any refund from oss retails. Then I contact to the IRCTC customer care after 90 days. They also told that this ticket not entered to tdr process. Due to cross one month after the journey they are not entered this tdr process to there server. Then I call to the agent for regarding this matter. He is also called to 022 42384238 nos (Also email much more) to oss retails call center about this matter. Then they told due to some technical problem many more tdr process was not success in to this time. For this problem they back refund to the customer immediatelly. The process also take 1.9 year. The agent & I also call to this nos many more time and they told this refund back to agent acc in a short time.

So please take nessecery action against to this company for regarding this fraud.
