Overnite express
Not delivering parcel

I sent a consignment on 5 March from New Delhi to Hardoi via Overnite Express Courier but it has not been delivered. When i inquired personally by taking pains and arranging numbers of shahjahanpur Branch of Overnite Express where my parcel was stuck, i came to know that the delivery boy was on holiday so whenever he returns the parcel will be deliver then only as said my Manager Mr. Rakesh Saxena. I request consumer to take strict action against this useless company.
