Dear sir/madam,

this is dibya lochan giri i applied for a pan card & recieved it but the name on the pan card was wrongly printed so i applied for a duplicate pan card by providing gazetted form for the address proff & age proff, previously also i submitted the same documents, i have recieved the acknowledgement but its showing as Your request for 'New PAN card and/or Change/Correction in PAN Data' cannot be processed as PAN holder details provided by you in the application do not match with PAN holder details in the Income Tax Department (ITD) database. A letter dated 11-Nov is being / has been dispatched to you communicating the differences in PAN details. For clarifications contact TIN Call Centre at 020 - 27218080.

till date i have not the recieved the letter from income tax i request u to plz recheck the application & despatch the pan card or send me the letter so that i can also provide the documents which require, plz find the address for communication as per the application
