On 26th September i booked a luggage of my bike from junagadh junction to ahmedabad junction. My bike reached at 4'O Clock morning on 27th Sept. When i went to luggage department here in ahmedabad no one was answering me. Then they told that one of the luggage carrying person is absent so we don't have any one who can take your bike from platform.
Then by my self i went to PF no 5 and met supervisor. There was 1 other person named I.K.Desai. He is Luggage in charge over there. First he was not answering me. And then he replied me rudely that you go home we would not give your bike now. Do whatever you want.
Then by myself i hired a coolie and have to give the extra charges. At last i got my bike. Mr. I.K.Desai was so rude. I want to log a complaint against him.
