Improper service

I brought a Volksvagen Passat in 2009 numbering KL 12 D 9090. I gave my car after i got warning signal in the company service centere at Kozhikode. I got my vehicle back after two months and the issue remained the same. The break pads were not changed after the service and there was break fail the tyre was broken. The tyre was not replaced and the car remained in the service centre for four months. And on 5.5.2012 it is again in the service centre to rectify the warning signal. Still no response.
