Sir,

I had bought a Hero Honda motor cycle - Passion Pro on 22 Feb. At first, it gave the average of 45kmpl. Then I complaint for it during first servicing to the mechanic in the service station- (VISHAL AUTO AGENCIES). They told that it will be fine after the servicing. But after a ride of 25 km in city, bike's condition remained just as before servicing - Engine getting hot very soon, gear sound on driving, loose clucth and brake and worst of all, average getting reduced to 38-40 kmpl. Since then, our bike had had 3 servicing, but similar story repeats with service men saying it will be fine after servicing and problems arising in bike after only 20-25 km of ride. We are fed up now. There is no other answer to our complaint than " we only have to service it, what will you do by complaining anywhere else". We are poor people. We bought the bike so that, we get less expenditure on bike's maintenance and lower petrol cost. But we are getting neither of the benefits. Our last hope lies on you people. Please take appropriate action as soon as possible.
