Delay in issue of passport

I have applied for issue of passport as application no. ASRZ12096609 on dt 11.5.2009. all the dacuments are attached NOC, DOB certificate, my department enquiry done but till now no passport issue to me till now and no information given at enquiry site.please do some needful effort.
