Following are the mail I wrote to Pune Cargo Packers And Movers, after struggling to get my booked vehicle home even after 3 days which is supposed to deliver on next day to booked day.
Hi
I have booked my scooty for transfer from Pune to Mumbai on Sunday (29th July). As per commitment you were supposed to deliver it on Monday (30th July). But its Wednesday and I still struggling to get my scooty home.
Your service is pathetic and saddest part is that you people didn't even pick the call. No body seems interested in responding customers call. Tuesday night I call to your service and spoke to Vinod from Pune and told him the problem I am facing. And he promised me to call back with solution but it never happened. This is the worst ever packers and mover I ever seen.
Please please respond asap and let me know when I will my vehicle home.
