Percel from Delhi to Kolkata by Lal Quila Exp dtated 13/12/10 not reached

Dear Sir/Concern authority,

I would like to take an attention to the fact that on 13th Dec 10, I

have booked a Hard Percel (Hero Honda Super Spender, HR 51 AH6591) to

send from Delhi Jn to Kolkata (chitpur) by Lal Quila Exp on same day

(13th Dec). I personally travelled by the same train. But when I

reached Kolkata I am totally shocked and I can not find my motor

cycle. Official in the Kolkata Percel dept said that my percel not

arrived. He also not sure when that can be arrive in Kolkata. I am

woried about the service and dont now about my percel if it is in safe

condition and wheather I can get at all. I even dont get status in

the web site (www.parcel.indianrail.gov.in).
