Iam using bajaj pulsar 150 dtsi, this is my 2nd vehicle, my 3rd service is over, i had received a bad behviour from the Bashkar pai he is the customer care incharge of popluar service in kerala, cochin. To repair my vehicles brake-shoe, they said that there is no one for to repair small complaints of vechile, they said that they have huge work load, many are arguing the same complaints, custumers are repairing their vechiles in unreconginsed work shops, when i suggested pro cochin mr bhaskar pai to appoint a labour to deal the small compliants of vechile he refuse my suggestion, he ended my call, in cochin around 1, 00, 000 people are using bajaj in cochin.i suggest to take action against my comment.
