Delay in delivery of the product

I had done a booking of a bike (Honda Shine, disc, black with red) from a pilot honda on 6th Feb and they had commited me to give delivery within 45-60 days, but when i called them after 60 days, they told that company honda is not supplying bikes to them so will have to wait for 60 day smore (total 120). after this i directly emailed to honda regarding this delay and after couple of days i got a call from pilot honda to make the balance payment and also commited to delivered the bike within 15 days, so i went to the showroom to make my balance payment and i was told that the price has increased by Rs.3000, then also i made balance payment on 17 Apr in hope that i will get a bike within 15 days, but today 20 days (total 90 days) has been passed and when i called them they started giving non-sense reasons that the key of the bike which was alloted to me has been lost, this & that, so call us next week.

i have already paid Rs.3000 more because of their mistake and then also they are not giving anykind of reply,

so i kindly request you to take some strict action against them so they never try to do such things with other customers.
