Pinnacle Honda having its service centre at Candrani Towers located at 739 Anandapur, E.M. Bye pass, near Ruby hospital, Kolkata-700107. I am owner of one Honda City car bearing Regn No WB-02: S-8397. I never get my car dressed anywhere except an authorized service center. I am very sorry to mention here that the services rendered by Pennacle Honda is very disgusting and dis satisfactory. Every time I give the car for servicing it only comes out with some other problem. This time I had given the car on 28.09.11 evening and I was asked to take the delivery next evening. Problem was
1.change of the switch of power window.
2. Suspension work of the vehicle.
3.Replacing of the break shoe.
I went to the center on 29.09.2011 evening. I was handed over with their bill of
Rs 24113/-
I was made to wait for one hour before they handed over the car.
After taking the delivery I found that the head light is not working. I asked to change but to my utter surprise they did not had the bulb in their stock to change. Even the power window switch was not replace since it was out of stock.
when took the vehicle on return I found that the break shoe is not changed since there was no improvement in the break's system even though they had billed for the break shoe. Further no servicing has been made for suspension. Next day when called over telephone and informed about the above problems they had enough reasons to satisfy themselves. Mr. Subhojit informed me that rear side shocker needs to be changed, Gear oil is to be changed.
it is so dissatisfactory that I am compelled to file this complaint.
Now doubt has crept in my mind that on the plea to servicing the cars they are exploiting the car owners and slapping fat bill without doing the required services.
what is required is transparency in their work so that when you take the delivery of the car you feel comfortable and safe. Can you believe that the vehicle is delivered in the evening without repairing the headlight.
I want that the things should be in its position and after servicing the car when you take the delivery you should be happy and feel the comfort of Honda car.
