Dear Sir, I am a customer of Suzuki, recently I bought access 125 (vehicle No: TN 03 F 3494) in Suzuki roonwal showroom at old washermenpet branch. When I had a service of my bike in roonwal show room, I got very unsatisfied customer service. I experienced continuous problem with the bike and the rep’s are not servicing well. They asking to keep the vehicle in the service center for one day, if I keeping the bike in service center then what are the need of buying bike. They are not finding the problem at one service, asking to come by next for servicing another one. Please take any necessary steps to solve this problem.
